#Janathon day 15: Walking & Running

I forgot to set my alarm! I thought I had but I had neglected to press save. Thankfully I wake up around the right time anyway and only lost 15min waking at 645 instead of 630.

It was raining when I went out with Doug but we had a nice walk. Thankfully by the time I got in and changed it was slight drizzle and nothing more. So off I set, I ran a mile, which I kept at a comfortable pace and despite some pain there was no real issue with running.

I felt better by the time I finished and felt looser for the movement. My average HR was 171bpm with a max of 189bpm which is good for me!

My walking total for the day was just over 3.7 miles, which isn’t too bad all things considered.

Today is also my weigh in day, I’ve gained a little bit! Oh well I best keep moving.
