#Janathon day 14: Walking & yoga

It was chilly this morning but still nice to get out. I still wasn’t feeling the run so Doug got longer walks.

He enjoyed himself at least!

My walk total was just over 6miles for today. I also did about 30mins of yoga which I think is helping me loosen up.

Week 2 totals:

Running total: 4.97miles (8km)

Walking total: 28.35miles (45.63km)

Janathon total so far: 70.15miles (112.91km)
