#Janathon day 3: walking but not far or fast


Well I got up with a very sore neck and right arm. So I figured a trip to the walking in centre was in order.

Thankfully nothing is broken and it’s just going to be sore for a wee while. Heat, analgesic and movement are the recommendations. So I will do my best to stay on track.

Which leads me to my exercise. I walked Doug a couple of times, that’s about it, but exercise all the same. I was a bit slow, and one handed but it was nice to be out. Doug enjoyed himself, which is the main thing.

I’m not impressed with that figure but at least I moved. It was the same route just over 3km each time. I will see how I go when I get up tomorrow and maybe do a couple of km in a jog to add to my walking.

I am gonna have a mooch tonight and catch up with this years janathoners as I have been a bit lacking. I hope your all doing well and smashing your targets!

    Sadly I’m starting with walking this year. Just trying to get 10k steps per day as a starting point! Good luck with janathon
